What type of transcription can you do?

We type Home Surveys, Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition,  Photographic Schedules, Leases, emails, general correspondence and much more.

Are you able to use my templates and standard paragraphs?

Yes. Most of our clients prefer to use their own templates and standard paragraphs to produce reports. We can also type reports onto the RICS ProForms website, using your login. 

Do I need to send a minimum amount of dictation?

No. You can send as little or as much as you need transcribing. Full Stop Typing are happy to type one-off voice notes, or long reports. 

What sort of voice files can you transcribe?

We transcribe using Express Scribe Transcription Software Pro which supports popular formats such as WAV, MP3, WMA. 

How do I send my voice recordings?

You can send your digital recordings to us via email, Dropbox, Google Docs, or other Cloud systems.

What happens to my recordings once transcribed?

Full Stop Typing will delete recordings within 5 working days of a completed transcription, sooner if required.

What about the confidentiality of my business?

Confidentiality is of huge importance to Full Stop Typing. If required, we can sign your Confidentiality Agreement once you take on our services. We do not pass on information to third parties, and we will not discuss anything that we have transcribed.

What quality of work can I expect?

How quickly do you return my typing?

Full Stop Typing offers a fast turnaround, aiming to return work within one working day. We are extremely flexible and can discuss the timeframe that best suits your needs.

Do I have to set up an account and sign a lengthy contract?

There is no requirement to set up an account with Full Stop Typing or take out a minimum contract. We are happy to type a one-off voice note or document, or all of your dictation for as long as you need us.

How do I pay for Full Stop Typing's transcription services?

Our standard procedure is to invoice clients on the last working day of each month. Payment is due within 14 days. We can discuss different invoicing terms with you. For example, you may prefer to be invoiced after each job, to add to the disbursements of an individual property or job.
